Mystery at The Vintage Hat Shop
Yes, it's true. I have a mystery that I can't quite figure out.
On April 1 I sold this classy velvet platter beret hat to a customer in Germany.
Because of local customs officials, she asked that I place the invoice on the outside of the package. I was glad to do that.
Since I had not heard from the customer, I assumed that the package had arrived safely and that she was pleased. Imagine my surprise when the box was delivered to my doorstep on Saturday-- 2 1/2 months after being sent to Germany!!
It was so strange to open a package that I personally had wrapped. The bow was in perfect condition as was the wrapping.
So now I am wondering---
-Why didn't I hear from her earlier?
-Why didn't she answer the email of inquiry that I sent on Saturday?
-Should I refund her payment or wait to hear from her?
-Is she all right? Did something happen to her?
And that's the mystery at The Vintage Hat Shop!!

This is a really strange mystery! Hope you will hear from your customer soon and that nothing bad has happened to her. (By the way, the beret is absolutely lovely!)
