Purchasing a New Camera for The Vintage Hat Shop

For the past year I have faithfully used my point and shoot Olympus 12 megapixel camera. It has worked just fine but I am not pleased with my photography recently. I think I need to bump it up a notch.

So I have decided that in addition to getting some pointers on how to take better pictures I would buy a new camera. I purchased an Olympus SP-800UZ (no, I didn't read Consumer Reports, just took the advice of a friend!). I have just started using it and am getting used to the bells and whistles. I'll let you know how I like it.
